    El recubridor multifuncional es un sistema continuo de recubrimiento y laminado rollo a rollo diseñado para investigación y desarrollo en laboratorio y producción piloto a pequeña escala de materiales en banda flexible, como papel y películas. Presenta un ancho de recubrimiento efectivo de 280 mm, un ancho de cara del rodillo de 300 mm y un rango de velocidad mecánica ajustable de 0,5 a 5 m/min. La unidad de recubrimiento admite conmutación modular entre métodos de varilla dosificadora, cuchilla, rodillo de huecograbado y transferencia de película. Los diámetros de desenrollado y rebobinado son de hasta φ350 mm con ejes de aire de 3" y control automático de tensión, logrando una alineación de los bordes dentro de ±2,0 mm. El sistema de secado consta de dos hornos externos calentados eléctricamente de acero inoxidable con circulación de aire caliente con ventilador centrífugo y control preciso de temperatura de 30 a 120 °C ±2 °C. Toda la línea se gestiona de forma centralizada a través de una HMI con pantalla táctil, con servomotores que impulsan las secciones de recubrimiento y bobinado en sincronización activa. La potencia total instalada es de aproximadamente 6 kW. Es ideal para el desarrollo continuo de procesos de recubrimiento y la preparación de muestras de recubrimientos a base de agua y solventes, lechadas de baterías, películas ópticas y adhesivos.
