The Paper Bursting Strength Tester is a precision instrument for measuring the bursting strength of paper and paperboard. The instrument has a measuring range of 1-1600 kPa, a resolution of 0.11 kPa, an indication error of ±0.5% FS, and an indication variation of ≤0.5%. The pumping rate is 95±5 ml/min, and the specimen clamping pressure is ≥690 kPa, adjustable via pneumatic clamping with an air supply adjustable from 0-1200 kPa. The upper clamp inner diameter is 30.5±0.05 mm, and the lower is 33.1±0.05 mm, with a diaphragm resistance of 25-35 kPa. The hydraulic system has excellent sealing, with a pressure drop of <10% Pmax within 1 minute. It features touchscreen operation and compact dimensions of 390×410×580 mm, making it an ideal standard instrument for bursting strength testing in papermaking, packaging, research, and quality inspection.
