The Grammage Sampler is a precision circular sample cutter designed and manufactured according to QB/T 1671 national and industry standards. It is specially used for cutting standard test specimens for grammage (basis weight) measurement of paper and board. Used together with an electronic balance, it quickly and accurately cuts standard circular specimens with an area of 100 cm², providing a standardized specimen basis for paper grammage determination. The cutting thickness covers single or multiple layers of paper from 0.1 to 3.0 mm and single-layer board less than 0.6 mm, with a cutting accuracy of ±0.35 mm. The sampler features an integrally cast structure that fully ensures dimensional stability over long-term use. The blade is made of special No.10 steel with high-temperature quenching and a wavy edge design that effectively reduces cutting pressure and extends the instrument's service life.
