Product Introduction 
The Intelligent Automatic tensile strength tester uses a horizontal constant-rate-of-elongation principle. A servo motor drives a precision ball screw to apply a constant tensile load to a standard-sized specimen until it ruptures. A high-precision load cell and data acquisition system record real-time force and deformation. The instrument features a microcomputer control system and a large color touchscreen, allowing flexible setting of test speed, specimen dimensions, and other parameters. The unique pneumatic clamping system, with adjustable pressure and speed, securely holds even delicate specimens like tissue paper without damage. After testing, the software automatically calculates and displays all tensile parameters and supports data storage and report printing.
