Product Introduction
This instrument tests tensile strength, tensile index, breaking length, elastic modulus, and other properties of paper and paperboard specimens, designed and manufactured according to GB/T 12914-2008 "Paper and Board—Determination of Tensile Properties." The standard range is 500 N, with optional 30 N and 50 N ranges for tissue paper. It features a 7-inch touchscreen display, single-column structure, and Grade 1 load measurement accuracy. The grip distance adjusts automatically, and it supports force-displacement and force-time curves with automatic statistical processing of maximum/minimum/average values. A built-in micro printer is standard, with optional WIFI/USB/remote transmission and data management functions.

Key Features
Multi-Parameter Simultaneous Testing: Obtains tensile strength, tensile index, breaking length, and elastic modulus in a single test, meeting comprehensive mechanical property evaluation needs for paper and paperboard.
Wide Speed Range: Adjustable speed from 1-500 mm/min with ±2% speed accuracy, accommodating testing requirements of different standards and specimen types.
High-Precision Force Measurement: Grade 1 load measurement accuracy, 0.01 N force resolution, and 0.1 mm displacement accuracy, ensuring accurate and reliable test results.
Automatic Grip Adjustment: Grip distance adjusts automatically based on settings, eliminating manual adjustment errors and improving repeatability and operational efficiency.
Intelligent Data Processing: Tabular automatic result processing with max/min/average statistics, synchronized force-displacement and force-time curves for intuitive, traceable data.
Extended Communication Capability: Standard built-in micro printer, optional WIFI/USB/remote transmission and data management functions to meet laboratory informatization needs.

FAQ
1. No power, black screen
Power not connected, loose plug, blown fuse, or faulty power switch. Check 200-240V power socket and cord; inspect internal fuse and replace with same rating if blown; replace switch if damaged.
2. Specimen slipping, not clamped tightly
Worn/dirty grip liners, insufficient clamping pressure, or misaligned specimen. Clean grip liners removing paper dust and oil; replace if severely worn; increase clamping pressure; insert paper specimen flat and ensure aligned without wrinkles.
3. Specimen breaking at abnormal position during test
Grip slippage, offset specimen, or sharp grip edges damaging specimen. Re-clamp specimen firmly; reposition specimen centered; lightly sand grip edges with fine sandpaper or replace with softer liners.
4. Unstable force readings, fluctuating
Loose sensor, poor wiring contact, machine vibration, or environmental interference. Tighten sensor terminals; place equipment on stable surface away from strong electromagnetic and high-power equipment; perform no-load zeroing before testing.
5. Large test value deviation, poor repeatability
Uncalibrated, zero drift, non-standard specimen cutting, or inappropriate test speed. Periodically calibrate with standard weights; perform no-load zeroing before testing; cut specimens to standard dimensions uniform in width/length without burrs; restore factory preset speed.
6. Crosshead movement jerky or unsmooth
Dry lead screw, foreign matter on guide rails, or limit switch triggered. Clean lead screw and guide rails and apply lubricant; clear paper dust from guide rails; check upper/lower limit switches and ensure no obstruction, restart device for initialization.
7. Touchscreen unresponsive, lagging, or buttons not working
System crash, dirty/damp screen, or touch panel failure. Power cycle the device; wipe screen with dry cloth to remove dust and oil; report touch module for repair if still malfunctioning.
8. Printer not printing or blurred print
Thermal paper loaded backwards, paper depleted, or print head dirty. Install thermal paper with glossy side facing print head; replace with new paper; gently wipe print head with dry soft cloth.
9. Test stops mid-way automatically
Overload protection triggered, specimen break not detected, or stroke limit exceeded. Lower the upper force limit; check break detection device and clean sensor surface; adjust stroke limits ensuring sufficient test space.
10. Data cannot be saved or exported
Memory full, incorrect save path, or system fault. Clear historical test data to free memory; select correct save path per manual; restart device to restore system function.
