The halogen moisture analyzer operates on the thermogravimetric principle. The instrument has a built-in precision weighing sensor and a circular halogen heating lamp. A sample placed on the Φ90 pan is initially weighed automatically. The halogen lamp heats the sample uniformly to a preset temperature, causing rapid moisture evaporation. Throughout the drying process, the instrument continuously monitors mass changes, calculating and displaying the current moisture content in real time. When the mass stabilizes, the drying process ends, and the final moisture content is locked on the LCD display. The analyzer also supports connection to a computer and printer for data logging.
